On a generous living space of approx. 70sqm, on the upper floor of a well-kept detached house, up to 4 people will find enough space for an unforgettable holiday.

The flat presents itself with well thought-out furnishings that leave nothing to be desired. Two large bedrooms with living area and TV offer a retreat for peaceful nights. The bathroom with WC was freshly renovated in 2022, so guests can rely on modern comforts. For self-catering, there is a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, which has a filter and pod coffee machine, a kettle, a dishwasher and two fans to ensure pleasant temperatures.

Despite the quiet location of the holiday flat, the outdoor area offers practical amenities with its car park directly in front of the house and the opportunity to explore the regional paths on foot. In the nearby centre of Brochenzell, the bakery and local restaurants are within easy walking distance.
