A guest WC and a bathroom with shower, bath and WC complete the exquisite interior.

The outdoor area leaves nothing to be desired and offers complete relaxation and privacy. The balcony on the living room level invites you to linger with its marvellous distant views and a high-quality Napoleon gas barbecue. One floor below, a garden level opens up, which can be reached via three staircases. Here you will find a luxurious, large pool (10m x 4m), which has been heated since October 2023, with a sun terrace and covered terrace for your exclusive use as guests.

Basel city centre can also be reached by bike along the river Wiese in just 30 minutes.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
