Art Nouveau house, the domicile for family celebrations, meetings of friends and further training In the Elbtalaue biosphere reserve, 5 km from the Elbe, the Art Nouveau house (411 square metres of living space) is part of a 3-part country house on a park-like property (7500 square metres) with a naturally purified bathing lake. The village of Krusendorf consists of 13 farms, some of which are still farmed, and a small village church.
In our biologically purified swimming pond (water surface approx. 300 square metres) you can experience a new kind of bathing pleasure (rainwater effect), or you can enjoy our lovingly laid out, extensive garden with its rose beds, the rustic flower garden, the many fruit trees and wild roses, the vine arbour and the various seating areas. The pond can be used by all guests of the country house. There can be three different groups booked at the same time. Play facilities for children Swing, sandpit, football goal, outdoor games. Barbecues are available for use. The Art Nouveau house has its own garden area directly adjoining the south-east terrace. The barbecue evenings and breakfast from the elevated view of the Elbe meadows are particularly popular.
The house is furnished in Art Nouveau style in many areas, but equipped with modern comforts. (e.g. Internet, partly underfloor heating) Ground floor: In the three-part 80 square metre living area with grand piano and white Swedish Art Nouveau stove you will find the Art Nouveau furniture, 2 upholstered seating groups for approx. 20 people as well as a library and a TV area. In the dining room, 16 people can be seated at a table with a view of the wide Elbe meadows. The large hallway is often used as a buffet room, dance hall or children's play area. There is a double bedroom (200x200 beds) on this level, next to it a bathroom with bath and shower and 2 washbasins as well as 1 washing machine and a further shower room.in the kitchen, hobby cooks like to create a special meal on two cookers (with oven) at the same time. 2 additional fridges with freezer are available in the adjoining room.1st floor double bedroom (200x200) with single bed and children's bed double bedroom (200x200) with single bed, sofa bed for 1-2 persons, additional extra bed or children's bed possible double bedroom (200x200) with single bed and children's bed, additional extra bed possible billiard room, approx. 50 square metres with 2 double sofa beds for 3-4 persons, 2 additional extra beds are possible. Krusendorf, village in the Elbtalaue (biosphere reserve, bird migration area), between Bleckede and Amt Neuhaus, belonging to Lower Saxony, almost on the border to Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania (Geest, marsh, meadows, forests and heath in a very small area), 5 km from the Elbe (with new Elbe cycle path, Cuxhaven-Dresden), Elb-Höhenweg for hiking, paddle steamer ride, raft ride, carriage ride, avenues with old fruit varieties.
