Rustic, cosy log cabin with indoor/outdoor fireplace and barrel sauna. The house is located on a mountain in the climatic health resort of Bad Lauterberg and is part of a large holiday village, which consists only of houses of this type. The special feature is the fantastic location and the directly adjacent nature with wonderful hiking trails, meadows as far as the eye can see and forests with various lakes.

If you need space for up to 9 - 10 people, you can also rent our approx. 100m² house Talblick directly opposite, which is also equipped with a barrel sauna and has received a 5* classification from the German Tourism Association.

The house has 2 covered outdoor terraces and a beautifully landscaped garden. The entrance, living area and terrace are all on one level. Part of the garden and the cellar can be reached via a staircase. In November 2018, an additional outdoor barrel sauna was built to create even more relaxation. Parking is available on the street and on the property.

The house impresses with its indoor and outdoor fireplace and the rustic, yet modern furnishings that create a warm cosiness.
A large dining table with bench and chairs invites you to socialise or enjoy a games evening, while two large, comfortable wing chairs are perfect for relaxing and unwinding. From the large window you can enjoy the view of the beautiful landscape panorama. Various board games and books are waiting for you. The kitchen is newly equipped with all useful utensils.
In the newly renovated bathroom there is a walk-in shower, a washbasin, a towel radiator and of course a toilet. The following rooms are available: 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen, 1 hallway Unfortunately, we have to point out that pets are not allowed on the sofa and in the beds.
If the beds/sofa/blankets are soiled by pet hair, we will unfortunately have to charge additional cleaning fees depending on the time required. Please remember to bring dog blankets/dog towels!

From Barbis there are great holiday activities within a radius of 50 km. Close by in Bad Lauterberg is the Vitamar wave pool and the many shopping opportunities on the Lauterberg boulevard. St. Andreasberg offers you the summer toboggan run and the Matthias-Schmidt-Berg ski area in winter, as well as a climbing park. In Braunlage you will find the monster scooters, the Harz bobsleigh run in Hahnenklee and of course beautiful hiking trails and much more throughout the Harz Mountains. We have put together plenty of information material for you.

It is equipped with both an indoor and outdoor fireplace. Flat screen TVs are available in both the living room and the bedroom. 50,000 WLAN in the house! Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
