The large garden with terrace and conservatory offers a further opportunity to relax. A modern barbecue, deckchairs, parasol and garden furniture are available here. There is also a parking space for your car directly on the property. Bicycle storage room.

In the house with approx. 80 sqm of living space there is a cosy living room on the lower floor with a large sofa, coffee table and a TV. The small but well-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, toaster, electric cooker, coffee machine) has everything you need to prepare a complete meal. The bathroom with bath and shower, the newly renovated toilet and a storage/laundry room with washing machine and iron are also located on the lower floor. On the upper floor you will find the large bedroom with double bed (can also be set up as two single beds) and wardrobe, an inviting sitting area with armchair for reading and relaxing as well as an extra bed.

The comfortably furnished holiday home is in a quiet location in the centre of Bodenwerder. The surrounding beautiful Weserbergland and the natural environment will enchant you with its numerous activities and sights.
