The small, open-plan kitchen is equipped with a 2-ring hob, a ceramic hob, a coffee machine and a kettle - everything you need to prepare simple meals.

The garden for private use, equipped with a terrace and an integrated fire pit, is accessible from the living room via three large patio doors.
