A cosy 160 cm wide bed in the bedroom invites you to dream, while the fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer compartment, filter coffee machine and dishwasher leaves nothing to be desired. The bathroom has a shower, WC and wash hand basin. A large flat-screen TV provides entertainment. In addition, all roof windows have pleated blackout blinds and fly screens for your comfort.

The exterior of the flat is characterised by the beautiful loggia, which offers a breathtaking view of the surrounding fields and meadows. Here you can enjoy the sun almost all day long, while the adjoining garden borders a cornfield and offers a wide, undisturbed view for maximum relaxation.

With Norddeich around 14 km away and Greetsiel around 11 km, both destinations are only around 15 minutes' drive away.
