This flat is located on the 2nd floor of a detached house with garden - truly "in the countryside" - directly at the foot of the surrounding mountains before the Lerbacher Serpentinen near the ski slope and NaturErlebnisPark and is divided into a living room with couch, flat screen TV, a bedroom with a double bed (two seven-zone cold foam mattresses 2.00 m x 0.90 m), a bathroom with shower / WC, a hallway with dining table and a modern kitchen.

The nearest shops are 10 minutes away from the accommodation (Lidl, Kaufland, Aldi, Edeka, Rewe). There is a shop selling bread rolls and drinks just down the road in the village. A bowling alley is about 10 minutes away, as is the Osteroder swimming pool.
