The villa, nestled into a park with a rose and perennial garden, enjoys a central and quiet location. The Kurpark, leisure centre and a large children’s playground are within about a five-minute walk. The Cistercian monastery, an important part of the UNESCO world cultural heritage site "Rammelsberg ore mine, Goslau old town and Oberharz water conservancy”, with its impressive modern museum, is only about a ten-minute walk from Villa Brodthage.

You can relax in the big garden with century-old trees and a pond with lilies, as well as the newly designed rose and perennial garden.
