The house with the cosy apartment with a rustic interior is on the edge of Bad Bayersoien.

The balcony is furnished with two chairs and a table. It provides ample space and is also roofed over.

The apartment of around 55m² affords a view from the generous balcony towards Lake Soier, as well as the surrounding mountains. The apartment has a separate bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200cm) and a sofa bed (80 x 200cm) in the living room for a further person. The private kitchen comprises a stove and oven, kettle, coffee machine and other items. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, washbasin and WC. You can make yourselves comfortable in the living room on the three-seater sofa and the armchair. Satellite TV is available. As the apartment is in the attic, the sloping ceilings exude a cosy atmosphere.
