The family-run flat house is situated in a very quiet location in Voglöd, a district of the spa town of Bad Füssing in the Lower Bavarian spa triangle, approx. 25 km from Passau.

Your flat has a balcony with garden furniture. You are welcome to use the house's large garden. For the duration of your stay you will receive a free car park for your car. A storage room is available for your bicycles.

The flat is located on the first floor and covers approx. 44 m². It has a bed-sitting room with fixed double beds (2.00m x 2.00m), an extra room with a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and WC. Five kilometres away you will find Europe's largest thermal water landscape, the three Bad Füssing spas with their unique sulphurous thermal mineral water. You can enjoy the soothing thermal baths there and relax in a very special way. There are hot and cold pools, swimming pools, bubble and massage pools and whirlpools. In the Europa Therme Bad Füssing, you can float in the thermal water at four different speeds in the unique 120 metre long current channel. In addition, two spa houses await you with daily changing events such as opera, operettas and concerts from classical to modern, Bavarian evenings, dance evenings, theatre performances as well as numerous club festivals and celebrations throughout the area. Bad Füssing also offers plenty of space and opportunities for sport and fun in the great outdoors. Cycling and hiking trails along the Lower Inn invite you to get to know the varied meadow landscapes on cycling afternoons or long walks and to relax. The following excursion destinations in the surrounding area offer further leisure opportunities: the three-river city of Passau, boat trips on the Danube and Inn, the Lower Inn European nature reserve in Ering, the baroque town of Schärding in Upper Austria, Salzburg and much more. Shopping and nightlife options are also approx. 4-5 km away.

Free internet access via W-LAN is available. The owner offers a bread roll service - breakfast rolls can be delivered to your room door. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Pets are not allowed.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
