The holiday resort of Bergen is located in a valley on the edge of the Alps and can be reached quickly thanks to good motorway connections and a train stop. The detached holiday home is in a beautiful, quiet location next to a stream with a view of the forest and mountains. The light-flooded accommodation is very well maintained and harmoniously furnished. The holiday home is surrounded by a large garden and is situated in a natural paradise close to Lake Chiemsee,
approx. 40 km from Salzburg.
The 76 m² holiday home has a spacious nostalgic bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a safe and access to the large sun terrace. The disabled-friendly bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, washbasin and WC. The modern kitchen is equipped with a hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and coffee machine. The elegant hunting-style living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa bed (0.85 m x 1.95 m) and a 32-inch flat-screen TV with satellite connection and DVD player. The fourth sleeping area is an extendable armchair with slatted frame, which can be quickly and variably set up (0.80 m x 1.95 m).
The house has a large sun terrace, which is well equipped with garden furniture and loungers. A barbecue is available on request. The property is completely fenced and offers a beautifully planted garden. There is also a garage and another parking space on the property.
The house is a non-smoking house and is barrier-free both inside and outside, and it is possible to bring a small to medium-sized dog on request. Cats and parrots are not allowed.
The house is an ideal starting point for cycling tours and hikes in the neighbouring nature reserve. The outdoor pool, tennis court and a beautiful forest trail are only 100 metres away. The cable car in the village takes you up the Hochfelln with a marvellous view over the Chiemgau and the Chiemsee. If you like, you can also paraglide back down to the valley.
There are many excursion options in the area for all ages, from extreme sports enthusiasts to wheelchair users. There is also plenty on offer for children and young people. Lake Chiemsee has many beautiful sandy beaches. There are also lidos at other neighbouring lakes. In our climatic health resort of Bergen and in the surrounding area you can go on many mountain tours. Take a walk to a waterfall or to one of our mountain huts. Visit a concert, farmers' theatre or the mini-golf course. With a bit of luck you can visit a traditional costume festival here or in the neighbourhood. All year round, especially in bad weather, you can visit numerous interesting museums in Bergen and the surrounding area as well as Herrenchiemsee Castle. There are also indoor swimming pools and wellness gardens nearby. From the railway station 2 km away you can take the train to Salzburg or Munich, so you can also reach the Oktoberfest by train. Visit our beautiful Advent markets in the surrounding area and Salzburg. Skiing on the Hochfelln, tobogganing, cross-country skiing etc. are possible in winter in Bergen and the surrounding area.
The holiday resort of Bergen has a good motorway connection to the A8 Munich Salzburg.
The environmentally conscious can also travel by train. Energy costs according to consumption. The house does not have its own wifi, but wifi can be used from the nearby campsite in the holiday home for a small fee.

Conditions et délais de paiement
