The flat has approx. 50m² and consists of a bedroom with two beds (double bed), a bathroom with shower, a kitchen, a dining and living room with sofa bed for an additional person, balcony and a parking space for a car. The kitchen has a fridge with freezer compartment, cooker and hob, extractor bonnet and much more. The bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. In the living room you have a flat screen TV and radio. Seating for 4 people is available. A cot and a high chair are available. Washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house and can be used for a fee.

Bodenmais is a market town in the Lower Bavarian district of Regen and a climatic health resort. Bodenmais is the most popular holiday resort in the Bavarian Forest. It is known for its mine and the Silberberg. Bodenmais lies deep in the Bavarian Forest, south-west at the foot of the Großer Aber, with a population of around 3400. Sights include the visitor mine on the Silberberg with a show mine and several glass-blowing factories. The largest and most famous is the Joska glass-blowing factory. Beautiful excursion destinations are the Großer and Kleiner Arber, as well as the Großer and Kleiner Arbersee, Zwiesel, Regen, Deggendorf and Sankt Engelmar with the Waldwipfelweg and the Bodenmais activity centre. Indoor swimming pool, tennis courts, mini golf course and other facilities are on offer. (Hiking trails) Bodenmais offers a lot for its guests whether summer or winter.
