The cosy flat is comfortably furnished for up to four people. The entrance leads directly into the cloakroom and then into the kitchen. From here you can access all the rooms in the flat. An electric barbecue is available for summer barbecues. The flat also has Wi-Fi, a bicycle stand next to the terrace, smoke detector, air purifier with Hepa14 filter, hand sanitiser dispenser, first aid kit and fire extinguisher. The flat was completely renovated in 2018. The electrics, water supply, floors, interior doors, exterior doors and windows as well as the entire furnishings were renewed and the entire flat is constantly maintained.
