It is a quietly situated holiday flat on the ground floor of a historic farmhouse in natural stone construction (modernised), with a separate entrance on a quiet street.

There is a car parking space in the courtyard. Guests also have access to a cosy outdoor seating area.

There is an extensive network of cycle paths in the region with local connections and there are many excursion possibilities such as to Bayreuth/ Nuremberg/ Regensburg/ Czech spa triangle. For sports enthusiasts, there are cross-country ski trails about fifteen kilometres away, downhill ski runs about 25 kilometres away and several swimming pools and bathing ponds in the surrounding area. Several museums and factory shops (especially porcelain) are located in the region and are well worth a visit.
