The cosy Bavarian country house bungalow is surrounded by flowers, trees and shrubs within a beautiful large garden area. It is located directly on the freshwater Weissach, about a 10-minute walk from Lake Tegernsee and offers a marvellous unobstructed view of the surrounding mountains of the Tegernsee valley.

The beautiful 67m² holiday home is very well equipped and offers space for 2 people. In addition to the living/dining room, kitchen, bathroom and bedroom, it has a spacious 20m² covered south-facing terrace and the garden area directly in front of the holiday flat can be used as a sunbathing lawn.

The holiday home offers you an ideal starting point for all your excursions. All shops for daily needs such as supermarkets, beverage stores, bakeries, butchers and restaurants are in the immediate vicinity and within walking distance. The nearest bus stop is 200 metres away, so you can easily use the regional bus line free of charge with your Tegernsee Card.

The cosy 67m² Bavarian country house bungalow is located in a large, beautifully maintained garden area and has a separate entrance. Directly next to the entrance is your private car park and a covered storage area for your bicycles.

The country house bungalow is furnished in a cosy Bavarian style; for example, the living/dining room has a dining area with corner bench and typical Bavarian jogging table. Adjacent to the living room is the 20m² south-facing terrace and the garden area with cosy seating and loungers. Here you can have breakfast outside in the morning or simply relax in comfort.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
