Very nice and newly renovated 2-room flat with a large terrace in a central yet quiet location in Passau. The flat was completely renovated in 2022. The flat is perfectly equipped with a large box-spring bed (king-size) in the bedroom and a bathroom with walk-in shower. In the living and dining area you will find a fully equipped kitchen with hob, oven, microwave and fridge as well as a dishwasher. The living and dining area offers a beautiful dining area for four people as well as a sofa bed and a Smart TV with Netflix. The residential complex is located on a slope and therefore offers a wonderful view over the river and the beautiful surroundings.
