Our studio approx. 32 sqm for max. two people and is available to guests from April 2023. Enjoy the sun and peace and quiet on the small balcony, or relax on loungers and barbecue in the communal garden. Here at an altitude of 800 m, the air is still good and you can relax and escape a little from everyday life.within walking distance, about 200 m away, you can reach a small Edeka with bakery.above the house there is a good country inn with sun terrace.in our studio 50 everything you need for a relaxing holiday is available. You sleep cosily and comfortably on a bed system, bed 180 x 200 cm. Kitchenette with microwave, coffee machine, 2 ceramic hobs and plenty of crockery, your car is parked in the garage. (Please note: no lift). Washing machine and dryer in the basement (fee)On the same floor we offer a 2 room flat. A good restaurant is located above the holiday complex. Shopping in our small Edeka shop is about 200 metres away. Seven ski lifts, two of which are floodlit, are within walking distance. There are 23 km of cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity. Snow is almost guaranteed in this region. If you love peace and nature, but are not far from sights, towns and many hiking opportunities, this is the right place for you. Hiking trails start directly from the house.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
