Spend a relaxing holiday in a cosy holiday flat with a large landscaped garden and sunbathing lawn. You enter your holiday flat via the separate house entrance. This welcomes you with two bedrooms, a spacious kitchen-living room (25m²) and a bathroom. Both bedrooms are furnished with a double bed and have bedside tables with reading lamps on both sides. The first bedroom is additionally furnished with a single bed and offers you a window seat with a table and three chairs. This holiday flat provides comfortable sleeping accommodation for five guests. The heart of the flat is a spacious eat-in kitchen with a kitchenette, a round dining table and a cosy sofa set. The kitchenette has an oven with a hob with four hotplates, a fridge, a coffee machine and a kettle. In the living area, a stereo system and a television with satellite TV connection provide entertainment in the evening. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower with WC. There is also a separate WC.

This holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a residential building, which welcomes you in a quiet residential area in a small district on the edge of the Bavarian Forest nature reserve.

A restaurant is just 300 metres away in the surrounding area. Shopping facilities are 4 kilometres away, but a butcher's shop is only 150 metres away. There are numerous excursions on offer in the surrounding area: first and foremost, nature lovers will find numerous hiking opportunities in the national park just 200 metres away. In winter you will find numerous cross-country ski trails. By car you can reach the natural swimming pool in Spiegelau after 4 kilometres, a schnapps museum with tasting after 4km, a large outdoor and indoor swimming pool in Grafenau after 15km, a golf course in Buchenau after 18km and the local history museum Finsterau after 26km.

Outside you will find a large garden with flower beds and a covered terrace. Use the sunbathing lawn for sunbathing. A kettle barbecue and garden furniture are ideal for a barbecue evening together.

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
