We are renting out our lovely lake loft, which is brand new (built in May 2013). We have 2 large bedrooms with kingsize beds and a big bathroom with bath tub and a rain shower. Fully equipped with kitchen, washing machine/dryer and flatscreen TV, the flat is the perfect place to stay and relax.The flat is a 5 min walk from the Ammersee (lake) and a 35 min drive from Munich away (40 min with the train from Utting train station or Tuerkenfeld Sbahn).We offer a spa next door (Immas Welt) with all kinds of beauty and relaxing treatments.We would love to welcome you in Utting!

IMPORTANT: If you travel with a dog please let e-domizil know the breed and gender. Furthermore it is only possible to travel wit a sociable dog.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
