The holiday flat "Immas Welt" is located on the ground floor of the architect's house built in wood and glass on a plot of approx. 2,400 square metres in the district of Utting-Holzhausen and can be reached via an outside staircase. Short distances lead to the well-known restaurant "Sonnenhof", to the lake with bathing area and sunbathing lawn, to the landing stage of the Ammersee boat trip and into the open countryside. Rooms and furnishings: Lots of ceiling height, glass and wooden floors, combined with white and fresh colours, give the flat a loft character. It offers openness and spaciousness with an unobstructed view of the greenery. The flat consists of a living room, two separate double bedrooms, two berths in the living area, kitchen, bathroom and a large terrace. The flat has its own guest car park. The furnishings in all rooms fulfil high standards of material quality, design, functionality and comfort. Modern entertainment electronics, contemporary kitchen technology, a desk/workstation in the bedroom, two washbasins, bath and shower with plenty of space and light in the bathroom and colourful accessories ... make "Immas Welt" the flat of your dreams. The 2 bedrooms each have a king-size bed, so 3 children could easily sleep there. If there are more guests, we also have several mattresses that can be placed in the living area. As a guest you are welcome in the Day Spa on 120 square metres, a day beauty farm for body care, cosmetic and water treatments. IMPORTANT: If you are travelling with a dog, please let us know the breed and sex of the dog and whether it is spayed or neutered when you make your booking. Travelling is only possible with sociable dogs.
