"WELCOME TO OUR HOLIDAY APARTMENT "Gerda"! It is run under the "CIP concept" (continuous improvement process). This means that the suggestions and wishes that our guests leave as feedback at the end of their holiday are gradually implemented by us as far as possible. This provides our guests with the highest quality of relaxation and gives us good ratings and occupancy rates. The maximum occupancy of 5 people is 2 adults and 3 children. For adults or teenagers, the maximum occupancy is 3 people. The holiday flat is situated in a wonderfully quiet location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests with a view of the Bavarian mountains.

The flat has been completely remodelled following suggestions from our guests. A new fitted kitchen with dishwasher, ceramic hob, fridge-freezer, extractor fan, microwave etc. is integrated. The living area is equipped with a new relax couch, LCD flat screen TV 32' FULL HD, with digital satellite system and DVD as well as Alexa. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a single bed (hotel mattresses) and a sofa bed. There is also a terrace complete with a gate and lockable gate, facing south-west. It provides security for your toddler and/or your dog. A car park is located directly at the entrance of the flat. DSL W-LAN is available!
From now on the additional costs: (heating, water, electricity, rubbish, DSL are included in the rent, so you can calculate your accommodation costs to the cent. !! Children under 14 years do not have to be specified because of the additional occupancy!

The use of an indoor swimming pool, steam bath, sauna and/or sunbed is possible for a small fee at the Hotel zum Bräu.The holiday village is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests, on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is approx. 10 km away and offers various shopping facilities. There are beautiful hiking and cycling trails, children's playgrounds and a football pitch next to the holiday home complex. In the village, the hotel "Zum Bräu" offers the possibility of a Bavarian bowling evening on a typical asphalt bowling alley. Within the holiday park complex, the "Schlossberg Stub'n" restaurant invites you to a cosy get-together and shows sports broadcasts on a big screen. Both restaurants offer great Bavarian cuisine. Also nearby: Nature and leisure parks, fishing opportunities, canoe/boat hire; swimming lake; horse riding; doctor, dentist, hairdresser, shop, butcher's shop; massage practice; restaurants and café; electrical shop etc. weekly events; beautiful nature and leisure park; sports field; fishing, mountaineering, cycling, golf, inline skating, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Zandt is very centrally located to the many sights and to the Czech Republic (only 25 km) with favourable shopping facilities. Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Marienbad Karlsbad, Krummow-Budweis, Passau, Regensburg, Munich etc. are possible without any problems. Arrival from 2.00 pm - departure until 9.30 am. Pets are welcome, provided that they are character-proof, are not placed on seating, reclining and sleeping furniture. Please bring suitable documentation for this. In the high season and in the rest of season 1 only whole week bookings are possible. The maximum occupancy of 5 persons is only possible with children, but is not recommended.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
