A WARM WELCOME TO OUR HOLIDAY HOUSE - The house "Maria" with 75 square metres of living space, which was spun off from the original "Schloßberg" holiday village complex, was completely renovated in 2009/10. It has now been renamed "LIVI" and is run in conjunction with Haus Adele. House LIVI has been completely renovated again in October 2017 in the living area, i.e. a state-of-the-art new kitchen with washing machine and dishwasher as well as Jura fully automatic coffee machine has been installed, the floors have been renewed, a complete new colour scheme of the entire living room and bedrooms! ** NEWLY UPGRADED WITH A RELAX LED BACKGARNITURE, as well as complete renovation of the sleeping areas incl. new furnishings, as well as flat screen TV and Blue Ray player in the children's room, January 2018 **
It is situated in a beautiful quiet location, surrounded by meadows, fields and forests with a view of the Bavarian mountains.
Each holiday home has 2 separate bedrooms with their own WC. There is a further WC with shower on the ground floor. The comfortable living area is equipped with a Full HD flat LCD 37" and has direct access to the furnished terrace with sunbathing lawn. We also offer WLAN and DSL connection. The couch can be converted into a bed for 2 additional guests. The well-equipped kitchen allows for optimal self-catering. Experience romantic evenings by a cosy open fire (unfortunately we had to remove the stoves due to new legislation). The partially fenced garden is ideal for guests with pets. The houses also have a baby high chair and baby cot (request before arrival).
Breakfast or half board can optionally be booked in the local restaurant Hotel "Zum Bräu". Bread roll and firewood delivery service is offered on site.
The holiday village is surrounded by meadows, fields and forests on the outskirts of Zandt. The district town of Cham is approx. 10 km away and offers various shopping facilities. There are beautiful hiking and cycling trails, children's playgrounds and a football pitch next to the holiday home complex. In the village, the hotel "Zum Bräu" offers the possibility of a Bavarian bowling evening on a typical asphalt bowling alley. The restaurants offer great Bavarian cuisine. Also in the neighbourhood: Nature and leisure parks, fishing opportunities, canoe/boat hire; swimming lake; horse riding; doctor, dentist, hairdresser, shop, butcher's shop; massage practice; restaurants and café; electrical shop etc. weekly events; beautiful nature and leisure park; sports field; fishing, mountaineering, cycling, golf, inline skating, canoeing, mountain biking, paragliding, horse riding, swimming, skiing, snowboarding, tennis, hiking. Zandt is very centrally located to the many sights and to the Czech Republic (only 25 km) with favourable shopping facilities.
Day trips to Prague, Pilsen, Marienbad Karlbad, Krummow-Budweis, Passau, Regensburg, Munich etc. are possible without any problems.
Arrival from 2.00 pm, departure until 9.30 am. Pets are welcome, provided that they have a good character and are not placed on the seating, reclining and sleeping furniture. Please bring suitable documentation for this. In March 2010 the property was newly fenced and made accessible with a gate from the access road and from the living area.
From now on the additional costs: (heating, water, electricity, rubbish, DSL are included in the rent, so you can calculate your accommodation costs to the cent. !! Children under the age of 14 do not have to be stated because of the additional occupancy!

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
