In a quiet residential area, our house with 64m² of living space and a spacious garden offers the ideal retreat for your relaxing holiday. The interior leaves nothing to be desired: Two cosy rooms invite you to linger, complemented by a fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, electric hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. A wood-burning stove provides cosy warmth on cooler days, while Wi-Fi guarantees a constant connection to the outside world. A modern bathroom with shower and toilet completes the offer.

Outside, a terrace with a wooden balcony invites you to enjoy breakfast in the morning sun or cosy evenings. The enclosed garden offers plenty of space for relaxation and play, complemented by barbecue facilities for socialising. A private car park is also available so that your vehicle is safely parked.
