Ideal for 2 to 6 people, our approx. 100 m² holiday flat promises an oasis of peace and relaxation. With a separate entrance at ground level, even on the first floor, you will immediately experience the feeling: "Here I am at home!".

Inside you will find a spacious living area with a 35 square metre living room, which has a dining area, a large balcony, cable TV and DVD player. There is comfortable seating and upholstered furniture for cosy get-togethers, including sofas that can also be used as sleeping accommodation for up to 6 people. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher and other amenities that will delight cooking enthusiasts. Two separate bedrooms with their own TV offer a peaceful and restful night's sleep, complemented by a bathroom with bath, separate shower and other amenities for your comfort.

Enjoy the fresh air and nature from the large balcony or the outdoor seating area behind the house. A popular natural playground in the immediate vicinity provides fun and enjoyment for children.
