The modern 42 sqm holiday flat is located in the heart of Greifswald's city centre in the pedestrian zone in a private residential and commercial building. The holiday flat invites you to visit all year round.

The flat is located on the second floor of a listed building and was last renovated in 2014. It has a modern fitted kitchen with all mod cons and a large, sunny dining area, a bathroom with a window and, of course, a shower, WC and washing machine. In the living room there is a modern sofa bed on which a third guest can sleep comfortably. The living room also has two armchairs with stools as well as a flat-screen TV and radio. You can enjoy the view of the thick Marie from the window. The bedroom has a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a wardrobe and a window. WLAN is of course also available free of charge in the flat.

If you are travelling by car, it is no problem, there is an inexpensive large car park just 400 m from the flat.

The flat is just a few metres from the historic market square, the Pomeranian State Museum, Greifswald's churches and all the other sights of the university and Hanseatic city, so there are plenty of restaurants and shopping opportunities.
