You will want for nothing on your holiday, starting on the first day when you move in. The apartment is at a height of 30 metres above the rooftops of Güstrow, with a fabulous 360-degree all-round view over the historical old town, the castle and the picturesque surroundings.

The living room has a pleasant leather suite, a lounger and tasteful furniture adapted to the room. A big TV, a stereo system and a selection of board games are provided. There is a directly adjoining kitchen-diner with a lovely dining corner with a view of the town, which can be separated from the rest of the room by a sliding glass wall. The floor and the worktop in the kitchen are in high-quality granite with harmonious colours. Cooking will be fun in the modern kitchen, comprising crockery and all cooking utensils, a four-ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, oven, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. A little hallway with the entrance area to the apartment leads to the lovely designer bathroom and the bedroom. The bathroom comprises a washbasin with a big mirror, a generous bath, a pleasant rainforest shower with various functions and a WC. Exclusivity, design and a fabulous view are reflected here. A hairdryer and an integrated radio system are provided. The big bedroom with an adjoining dressing area is very cosy. Different lighting can change the mood of the space. The double bed measures 180 x 200cm. There is also an LCD TV here.

The generous new apartment features high-quality materials, such as real wood floorboards, and offers a high standard of comfort. It occupies the whole eighth floor of the water tower and is accessed conveniently by lift. In the hallway you can still see parts of the historical water container.
