Inside the thatched house, built in 2024, you will find a living space of around 125 m² spread over two floors with fully heated rooms and cosy underfloor heating in all areas. The fully equipped kitchen with cooking island invites you to cook together and flows into a spacious living and dining area with a wood-burning stove and modern electronic equipment including a 55-inch Smart TV. Three individually furnished bedrooms on the upper floor, two comfortable bathrooms with modern fittings and a sauna for free use complete the luxurious living ambience.

Outside, there is a sunny terrace with a garden table, chairs, a sun lounger, two parasols and a beach chair, ideal for relaxing hours outdoors. A gas barbecue invites you to enjoy cosy barbecue evenings, while the approximately 1000 m² property with a lockable garden shed offers enough space to safely store your bicycles. The outdoor amenities are complemented by an electric charging station for your vehicle, which is charged according to consumption.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
