Just 50 metres from an idyllic natural beach, this quietly located house offers everything you need for a relaxing stay.
Inside, an inviting atmosphere with every comfort awaits you on 85 square metres of living space. The kitchen is well equipped with modern amenities such as a ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and a fridge with freezer compartment. In the open-plan living room, there is a cosy fireplace and an open dining area that flows into the eat-in kitchen. A TV with satellite connection and a BluRay player provide entertainment. The ground floor also has a guest WC with an integrated small sauna, while the upper floor has three separate bedrooms and another full bathroom with a bathtub.
The outdoor area of the house with its two terraces, one of which is covered, offers various seating options, sun loungers, a barbecue and beach chairs.
