The harbour of Sassnitz is just a 10-minute walk away, where you can enjoy a beautiful walk along the chalk coast. The centre of the harbour town of Sassnitz, with its many shops and restaurants, is also just a 10-minute walk away. The holiday home is very modern and comfortably furnished, equipped with a fireplace and a large living and dining area on the ground floor, with a separate kitchen, which is equipped with everything you need. On the upper floor there are two bedrooms, each with a double bed and a large bedroom wardrobe offering space for 4 people, each with balcony access. Also on the ground floor there is a large bathroom with a whirlpool and a bedroom with a double bed and a large bedroom wardrobe; upstairs there is a second living room with a sofa bed, a single bed, a wood-burning stove, a TV and a desk. Outside there are two terraces and a garden with sun loungers and direct access to the Jasmund National Park.

Sassnitz is situated directly on the southern edge of the Jasmund National Park with its beech forests and the unique chalk coast. The chalk cliff "Königsstuhl", 117 metres high, is a popular vantage point for tourists. Sassnitz is a harbour town, tourist resort and the town includes the "Sassnitz ferry port" with its international ferry routes to Trelleborg (Sweden), Bornholm (Denmark), Klaipeda (Lithuania) and other Baltic Sea ports.

The deposit serves as a security and will be transferred back to the specified account within 14 - 21 working days after departure. Note on visitor's tax in Sassnitz, since 2021 the day of arrival and departure counts as one day per person subject to visitor's tax (e.g. 7 days booking = 8 days visitor's tax per person).

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
