The house is situated on the shore of the Bodden with an unobstructed view of the wide expanse of water. It is located at the end of a private path, approx. 60 metres away from the street 'Bauernreihe'. The restaurant 'Kum rin' is 60 metres away, the children's beach and Wieck harbour are 300 metres away. The Baltic Sea is 5 kilometres away. Ideally, you should cycle along the signposted and well-surfaced cycle path and enjoy several views of the wide meadows where cattle graze and many migratory birds rest in spring and autumn.
The south-facing terrace area offers ample seating for all the occupants of the house. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the countryside and the Bodden. The house is in a quiet location, as it was built approx. 60 metres back from the "Bauernreihe" road at the end of a private lane. The semi-detached house Luv faces south-west. Google/Maps provides a good overview of the 'location'.
The holiday home Luv was ready for occupancy at the end of 2019. Lee and Luv are the two halves of a semi-detached house, so they are identical in construction and furnished in the same way. Luv has a living space of 115 square metres, 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds and 2 bathrooms. The fitted kitchen includes a kitchen block with fridge-freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster, etc. A cooking island with four induction hobs and many drawers for provisions etc. completes the kitchen. In the living room, a 3-seater sofa, a 1.5-seater wing chair and two cocktail chairs invite you to linger. The holiday home has been furnished with great attention to detail - after all, you should feel right at home as a guest! The highlight is the unobstructed view of the wide expanse of water of the Bodden from the dining room and the relaxation room on the upper floor. After long excursions, you can end the day in the cosy warmth of the sauna and relaxation room. The view of the Bodden and nature has a calming effect. It lets you forget the stress of everyday life. You can also make plans for the next day in harmonious togetherness. You can activate the use of the sauna via a coin-operated device.30 minutes costs a two-euro coin. You need two e u r o coins to operate the sauna heater. After operating the sauna heater for 30 minutes, you will reach a temperature of approx. 45 degrees, which rises to approx. 65 degrees over the next 30 minutes. Some sauna users may consider this temperature to be too low. We consider it to be sufficient and have focussed more on a comfortable sauna size and a relaxation room with a great view. We ask our guests to bring their own sauna towels and bathrobes. These - and other items of linen - can be washed in the washing machine, then hung up on the drying rack and left to dry.
The Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park, which begins on the outskirts of Wieck, protects flora and fauna. You can get an impressive impression of the national park on a walk around the lighthouse in Prerow, at the northern end of the peninsula. North of Wieck - within walking distance - is one of the largest crane resting places in Europe. More than 40,000 of these migratory birds offer a unique natural spectacle in spring and autumn.
View of the Bodden, sauna - spacious & with a great view, bathtub, stylish furnishings, 3 bedrooms, 3 parking spaces, lockable wooden shed for bicycles with charging facilities for e-bikes. E-car charging at household socket is not permitted. The long charging time places a permanent load on the domestic power grid, which is not designed for this. This heavy load can lead to a short circuit or even a fire. Internet: The holiday accommodation has free and freely accessible internet access. The landlord accepts no liability for the proper functioning of the equipment or the performance of the provider. Claims for damages due to a fault-prone or 'slow' connection are excluded. Guests are responsible for all internet activities during the agreed rental period.
