This quietly located former farmhouse on a small road is detached and has a large, sunny private garden. In front and behind are meadows. From the kitchen and living room (and from the bedrooms) there are beautiful views, over meadows and towards the Ruhr Valley.
There is a large garden, where you can always find a sunny or shady spot. The large terrace with two dining tables offers more than enough space to enjoy eating outside and you can play on the grass. Outdoor games such as badminton rackets and shuttles are available. There is also a table tennis table suitable for outdoor use, with accessories.
The living room, the cosy kitchen and the bedrooms are on the 1st floor.In the cosy living room you will find a television with satellite (Canal Digital), a DVD blue ray player, a sound bar with bluetooth, a spacious sofa and footstool, various games and puzzles and a beautiful view!There is free Wifi everywhere in the house and in the garden.In the spacious kitchen/dining room you will find a cosy round dining table, from where you have a lovely view over the meadows behind the house. The kitchen is very complete, with oven with grill, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer (3 drawers), filter coffee maker, blender, stand mixer, good knives, toaster, oven dish, cookbooks and of course plenty of pans, crockery, cutlery and glasses!There is a shower room, with a washbasin. In the first bedroom there is a 180 x 210 double bed with separate duvets. The second bedroom has two single beds of 90*200 and two wardrobes for clothes.The third bedroom has a twin bed of 180*200, also with two single duvets. Through this room you enter a children's room, where there is a single bed (90*200) and a cot of 70*140. Depending on the composition of your party, we will prepare the most suitable (bath) room(s) for you.On the ground floor is a second bathroom (with toilet, washbasin and a bath containing a shower) and there is a washing machine for use by guests.There is central heating, in all bedrooms, in the bathrooms and of course in the kitchen and living room.
You can walk and cycle right from the house and a brisk walk will take you into the High Fens or to the famous daffodils of the Eifel, in the Perlenbachtal. Of course, you can also take the car or bike to save your (hiking) strength for all that beauty!The Vennbahn, the famous long-distance cycle path, which runs from Aachen to Troisvierges in Luxembourg, passes Kalterherberg. With a maximum gradient of 3%, it is doable even for less trained cyclists. The route passes through beautiful and very different landscapes. For those looking for more of a challenge, there are several loops from the Vennbahn. These are round trips that go partly on the Vennbahn and partly on roads with little traffic. For BMX enthusiasts, there is a fantastic pumptrack in the village.For swimming and other water sports, there are several reservoirs in the area: the Rursee, Lake Bütgenbach and Lake Robertville. There are also several indoor swimming pools in the area, including in Monschau.

Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours.
