The ground floor has a small, but fine kitchen with ceramic hob, oven, coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The living/dining room is also inviting, with a dining area and a relaxing seating area. An additional TV with satellite reception in the bedroom ensures comfort. A further room is furnished with a single bed and a sofa bed, which offers additional sleeping flexibility.

The outdoor area invites you to linger outside with its terrace, sun awning, garden furniture and barbecue. Here you can enjoy the tranquillity of the garden and spend sunny days outdoors. Secure storage for bicycles is also available by arrangement, so you can explore the surrounding countryside on two wheels without any worries.

The area surrounding the holiday home offers plenty of opportunities for leisure activities and excursions. Whether you want to explore the picturesque 100 Castles Route, visit the Zwillbrocker Venn nature reserve with its unique flamingo colony or discover cultural highlights such as the Rock and Pop Museum in Gronau - there is something for everyone here. The nearby medium-sized town of Ahaus with its baroque palace and recently renovated pedestrian zone is perfect for a stroll.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
