Welcome to the stylish 45 sqm ground floor flat in the centre of Neuss - quietly located and yet in the middle of the action. Ideal for up to 2 people (double bed 160x200 cm) + 2 small children from 0-4 years (2 travel cots 140 x 70cm available on request). Look forward to a living/sleeping area in hotel room style, separate kitchen, desk and dining table. Shopping facilities, restaurants, the city garden and the main railway station are all within walking distance (3-10 minutes). The host ensures maximum cleanliness and is always ready to help you.
Welcome to this apartment block built in 1910. Only 2 steps lead into the building. After entering the building in the first section of the staircase, the flat door on the ground floor is 1 metre to the left. The second section of the stairwell, which leads to the residents of this building, is separated by another door.
So that the flat guests and the residents of the building are undisturbed.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
THE FLAT IS SUITABLE FOR A MAXIMUM OF 2 ADULTS AND TWO SMALL CHILDREN.

In terms of the room layout, this style was ideal for this. You enter the accommodation directly into the living and sleeping area.
To the right of this is another open-plan area, which serves as a small workstation on the left and a dining area on the right.
The kitchen is in a room separated by a door. The kitchen equipment includes an oven at a height of 1.60 metres. A microwave, two induction hobs, a kettle, a toaster, a fridge with a large freezer area and a Nespresso coffee machine that is operated with so-called coffee capsules.
Should guests require additional kitchen utensils for the preparation of certain dishes, we will provide everything necessary immediately.
The bathroom has a glass shower cubicle.
All in all, this is a well-equipped flat where you can feel at home.
