Experience warm hospitality and cosiness in our holiday flat in Bad Ems, where up to 3 people plus a small four-legged friend are welcome. (The cost for the dog is 20,- Euro. Ideal for couples or small families, this flat offers the perfect base from which to discover the beauties of Rhineland-Palatinate while feeling like you've arrived at a second home.

The interior of the flat is designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible. In addition to an inviting bedroom with a double bed, television and a further sleeping place on a comfortable sofa bed in the living area, also with television and a music system with radio and CD, the flat promises uncomplicated holidays with a washing machine and tumble dryer for your sole use. A fully equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet, dishwasher, fridge with large freezer compartment, filter and capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, microwave and much more makes it easy to cook for yourself and enjoy meals together.

The whole flat is at ground level. There is only one step outside the front door. You can park directly next to the flat in the courtyard or on the street by our garage.
The bathroom has a shower and a bathtub. There are plenty of towels and everything is ready when you arrive. The beds are freshly made.

The small terrace of the holiday flat invites you to enjoy the peace and quiet of the morning with a cup of coffee, especially in summer, or to end the day in pleasant evening temperatures. A cosy seating area allows you to spend relaxing hours outdoors while your little four-legged friend explores the surroundings.
