Apartment has a living room with large LED TV, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, two bedrooms with new large box spring beds and additional LED TV, bathroom with shower and toilet, cosy courtyard with seating and barbecue, public car parking in front of the house, child-friendly. Pets are always welcome. Dogs only by arrangement with the landlord. Bed linen, towels, electricity and water, WLAN and telephone included. Extra bed for 5 and 6 persons possible on the sofa bed. Shopping facilities and restaurants around the corner. Train and bus station not far away. There are two further holiday flats in the holiday home Wotan. Apartment 2 (on the ground floor) with the same facilities for max. 6 people and apartment 6 for max. 4 people. This means that the house Wotan with holiday apartment 1, holiday apartment 2 and holiday apartment 6 can also be rented in its entirety (e.g. group holiday, hiking group or large family) for up to 16 people.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
