This detached house is situated on the outskirts of Benneckenstein, in a quiet location with access to the spa gardens.

Guests can use the sunbathing lawn and terrace on the property. Carports (for a fee - see garage under additional costs) and parking spaces subject to availability.

Your holiday in the Harz Mountains begins with accommodation that makes you feel right at home. After a successful complete renovation and redesign of the flat, it shines in new splendour. In the house with a total of 10 holiday flats, the landlords endeavour to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The flats are identical in size and furnishings, but are spread over three floors in the house. They are equipped with a bed-sitting room with a double bed and a sofa bed. There is also a kitchenette with a fridge, kettle, toaster and cooker. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, hairdryer, bathrobe, toiletries and WC. Satellite connection, TV and a telephone round off the offer.

Wooded mountain ranges and charming valleys characterise the varied landscape of the Upper Harz. The house is situated on the outskirts of the village in a quiet location facing the forest. In the middle of this recreational area on the Harzquerbahn railway to the Brocken - station 100m away - lies the mountain air and winter sports resort of Benneckenstein in the Rappbode valley. In addition to relaxing in the countryside, the town has an indoor leisure pool with a giant slide, tennis and mini golf course, indoor tennis centre and bowling alley. The railway and local history museum invite you to visit.

The landlords offer a bread roll service or breakfast on request. Small pets are welcome here, please enquire when booking, as only a limited number of flats with pets are available. A washing machine can be used for a fee. Bicycle hire is available for a fee.
