Living on the water is the dream of many people. In our floating house you will realise this dream. The house is located directly on the water with an underwater view of the huge lake. You have every conceivable luxury on three floors. Several sun terraces with modern lounge furniture and XXL beach chair, sauna, fireplace and air conditioning make your stay perfect at any time of year. The covered car parking space in the guest-only area is included.

The living room
A modern, lovingly furnished house equipped with every comfort awaits you. Nothing is missing here. Unobstructed views of the lake, which you can dive into directly from the sun terrace via the bathing ladder.
The shading of the individual rooms can be individually adjusted using electronically controlled sun blinds.
The spacious living room on the first floor offers a full 180-degree panoramic view of Lake Goitzsche. Stylish modern sofas & furniture with a maritime captain's flair offer comfortable space for 6 people. The corner fireplace provides a cosy feeling of peace and relaxation, especially in the cooler seasons. Of course there is also a large flatscreen TV, which is cleverly hidden in a cupboard and can be pulled out by remote control. The whole house has Wi-Fi coverage and every room has a LAN socket for free internet. The outside staircase leads to the sun deck on the roof.
The spacious eat-in kitchen with plenty of storage space is located on the same level. There is plenty of space for provisions in the large double-door fridge. It also has an integrated ice cube, crushed ice and water dispenser. Induction hob, microwave oven, dishwasher and coffee machine are of course available. The large 3-piece dining table offers plenty of space and can be moved apart as required.
You will also find space for drinks and supplies in the adjoining room as well as access to the guest WC with hand basin.

The 2 bedrooms and the large bathroom await you on the ground floor. The master bedroom with double bed and plenty of furniture for storage has a sensational panoramic view of the lake and direct access to the surrounding terrace, the XXL wicker beach chair and the water. There is also a TV and free W-LAN here.

The second bedroom with its bunk beds is particularly suitable for children. In addition, a sofa can be easily converted into an additional sleeping area if required.
The large, modern tiled bathroom with XL shower cubicle, bathtub with a view of the lake, washbasin and separate WC cubicle offers every conceivable comfort. The Finnish sauna has a mirrored window with a marvellous view of the water.
The whole house is heated with underfloor heating and for the hot summer days each living room also has air conditioning. This makes the house ideal for a relaxing holiday at any time of year.

Location description : The well-kept complex is not accessible to strangers. Therefore you are among yourselves. You can meet other guests on the jetty or the resort playground, or you can greet each other in a friendly manner from terrace to terrace.
The promenade of the Bitterfeld harbour has a variety of cosy restaurants, a coffee roastery and is also the starting point of the "Pirate Excursion Boat". The "Pegelturm" and "Bitterfelder Bogen" viewing platforms are also within easy walking distance. The town centre with local amenities and all kinds of services can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. For water sports enthusiasts, there is a large wakeboard and water ski facility on the opposite side of the lake, as well as the opportunity to hire boats or water scooters in the harbour.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
