Welcome to the beautiful Upper Lusatia, the lake and pond landscape, one of the most biodiverse regions in Germany, on the River Spree and the Bautzen reservoir.

We look forward to welcoming you to our light-flooded 81 m² holiday flat.
It offers plenty of space.
The flat is located on the ground floor, in a sunny half of the house, with a separate entrance (three steps), plus a balcony and a large covered terrace with direct access to the garden.

In the bright and cosily furnished living room/bedroom, we have placed particular emphasis on the comfort of the beds. A large TV and a lounge suite make the room perfect.
A spacious, open and fully equipped eat-in kitchen with a view of our large garden invites you to enjoy a cosy meal.
The walk-in bar in the large hallway is the perfect place to relax in the evening.

You can also enjoy a romantic bath in the large triangular bathtub with candlelight and a glass of sparkling wine. On cold days you are welcome to use our fireplace.
Our adventure garden: sunbathing and relaxing, barbecue area and fire pit, herb garden for the senses, table tennis table, sandpit, paddling pool, water hose for spraying, tent for overnight stays.

Niedergurig is a medium-sized village in the district of Bautzen in eastern Saxony.
It is located in Upper Lusatia and is part of the Sorbian settlement area. The village was first mentioned in 1349.
Niedergurig was captured by Napoleon during the Battle of Wurschen in 1813.
The giant oak of Niedergurig is a regionally famous tree and a natural monument.
It is located a short distance south of the village by the large brick pond. It is estimated to be 700 to 800 years old.
The Luther memorial on Gottlobsberg is 350 metres away from us.
It was erected in 1883 to mark the 400th anniversary of Martin Luther's birth.
From Gottlobsberg, you can reach the small dam wall of the Bautzen reservoir, which went into operation in 1980. Here you can enjoy the view across the reservoir to Bautzen and the mountains of Upper Lusatia.
