Private accommodation is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Saxony - Upper Lusatia - a gently undulating region of the Lusatian Highlands. This unique location in the border triangle guarantees peace, relaxation and active recreation. The house was built back in the 18th century and local hunters lived in it from then on. It has recently been completely renovated and extended.
The "Flössel" stream flowing through the property creates a pleasant climate and provides relaxation and energy at the same time. The spring-fed lake invites the brave to take a dip.
Even in winter, the house, which is located next to the forest, is a wonderful starting point for ski hikes through the surrounding forests in the "Mittellausitzer Bergland" nature reserve.

Your holiday here starts with breakfast, so it's all the better that your house is equipped with a coffee machine, toaster, oven, fridge and all the necessary modern kitchen appliances.
All rooms are spacious, roomy and tastefully furnished.
A large television (SAT reception) provides the right entertainment.
The lounge is divided into a cosy living area and a dining room with a large table, which can also be used for a games evening.
4 bedrooms, equipped for allergy sufferers, seating distributed throughout the house, the adjoining terrace, the extensive garden with a pond where ducks swim, are all part of an exceptional holiday home.
As it is very quiet and secluded here, we would like to inform you that mobile phone reception from Vodafone and Telekom is limited. . A landline telephone is available for emergencies - billing at the end of your holiday.
The minimum stay is 2 nights.
By prior arrangement with the landlord, you can also bring your dog for a fee.
Please note the house rules.
Dogs are not allowed on the upper floor. You are welcome to stay with your dog in a double room on the ground floor.
If it is discovered during the inspection of the private house that dogs have also been in the sleeping area, €100 will be withheld from the deposit. This retention is for the increased cleaning costs such as disinfection etc.
1 small and 1 large towel are provided for each guest, should you need a new towel after each contact with the water - please bring additional towels!
Optionally, a mobile sauna can be rented. Please enquire with the landlord.
The basic equipment includes 4 toilet rolls, soap, 1 small shower gel, tea towels, dishcloths and spices.
Bed linen is provided - you are welcome to bring your favourite pillow!
The coffee machine works with filter coffee - the guest is responsible for its availability!
You are welcome to use our barbecue - the guest must organise everything for the barbecue.
At the end of your stay with us, please strip the beds, replace any food/drinks that have been taken out of the inventory
and wash and dry dishes, pots, cutlery and put them away in the cupboards
The private house must be left in the same condition and handed over to the landlord as it was found on arrival - i.e. CLEAN!
In case of complaints by the landlord, increased cleaning costs will be withheld from the deposit!!!

This house is suitable for 11 people. On request and after consultation with the hosts, bookings for up to a maximum of 15 people are also possible. Please note that we unfortunately cannot accept bookings for youth groups and wild parties and celebrations are expressly prohibited.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
