Situated in the Zwota-Oberzwota district of Klingenthal, this inviting domicile promises pure relaxation in the musical winter sports region of the Upper Vogtland. From the natural terrace with a breathtaking view of the valley, equipped with comfortable garden furniture, you can enjoy the south-west facing location to the full, surrounded by a lovingly tended natural garden.

Inside, you will find an open-plan living area with a fitted kitchen and dining area for four people, a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings and inviting armchairs and living room furniture. You will find everything your heart desires here: from roller blinds and green plants to decorative elements that create a warm ambience. The flat has two bedrooms with comfortable beds - a box-spring bed in the first and a double sofa bed in the second - to ensure a peaceful night's sleep. A fully equipped kitchen with modern electrical appliances and a bathroom with shower round off the offer.

The outdoor area of our holiday flat has everything a holidaymaker could wish for: a spacious terrace with lounge furniture, sun loungers and an open-air dining area, ideal for admiring the landscape or relaxing at the end of the day. A parasol, a folding wind and sunshade as well as cushions and blankets are available to make every moment outdoors perfect. Our well-tended natural garden invites you to spend relaxing hours away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life.

The holiday flat is located in the middle of the scenic winter sports and music region of the Upper Vogtland, ideal for nature lovers, hikers, bikers, joggers and winter sports enthusiasts. The quiet location in Oberzwota offers the perfect starting point for excursions in the surrounding area, be it to the centre of Klingenthal or to the sights of the neighbouring towns of Markneukirchen or Schöneck. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
