The holiday home is fantastically situated in the mountains of the Vogtland in the immediate vicinity of the forest and a horse area. It offers a marvellous view and guarantees you absolute peace and relaxation.
The climate is mild and very well tolerated by allergy sufferers. There are ideal conditions for hiking, mountain biking and skiing for ambitious sports enthusiasts as well as holidaymakers seeking peace and relaxation.
Winter in the Vogtland has a very special charm. Snow-covered forests, 50 km of cross-country ski trails in the immediate vicinity, alpine slopes with lifts and floodlights as well as horse-drawn sleigh rides and in the evening a hot punch by the fireplace or a visit to our wonderful panoramic sauna will make your holiday unforgettable.

In the Advent season we make a special effort to put our guests in the Christmas spirit, we lovingly decorate the holiday home for you.
A festively decorated Christmas tree welcomes you in front of the house and the scent of candles and the glow of lights pervade all the rooms during Advent.
Maybe your children will be lucky and see Father Christmas scurrying through our chimney. Beerheide is a district of Auerbach and was voted the most beautiful village in the Vogtland in 1996. It has been a state-recognised climatic health resort for more than 20 years.
Beerheide lies at an altitude of 700 metres and is nestled in the vast mountains and forests of the Vogtland. The picturesque Klingental valley, the musical instrument town of Markneukirchen and the Bohemian spa triangle with the marvellous spas of Karlsbad, Marienbad and Franzensbad are in the immediate vicinity.

The holiday home is newly built and has been rented out since August 2005.
It is tastefully furnished with many extras.
It has 3 large rooms on 100 square metres, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with fireplace, 2 spacious bedrooms on the upper floor, 2 bathrooms with shower and bathtub, a balcony, a large terrace and approx. 1000 square metres of garden.
The holiday home is not suitable for allergy sufferers and guests with pets.

Our new barrel sauna with outdoor shower will turn your stay with us into a real relaxation and wellness holiday.

Free fast WLAN is of course available in our holiday home.

The holiday home is surrounded by a magnificent 1000 square metre fenced garden. You can enjoy a wonderful distant view of the forest and the mountains of the Vogtland.
Next door is a horse area and the grazing horses will greet you in the morning with their calming sight and you will be able to enjoy the fresh air of the mountain meadows all day long.

There are many sights in the immediate vicinity - the beautiful Vogtlandsee lake in the middle of the forest, the Aschberg/Mühlleiten ski area with a summer and winter toboggan run, the Markneukirchen Musical Instrument Museum, the largest topaz (semi-precious stone) rock in Europe, the Space Museum in Morgenröthe-Rautenkranz, the Plauen lace manufactory, the Göltzschtal bridge in Netzschkau, the ski jump in Klingenthal, the Plohn children's adventure land, the Czech Republic with its culinary and cultural delights, and the Göltzschtal bridge in Netzschkau.
The Czech Republic with its culinary and cultural specialities as well as inexpensive shopping opportunities is only 15 minutes away by car.

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
