Our newly furnished holiday flat with a total area of approx. 47 m² on the first floor combines comfort with a homely atmosphere that will make your stay unforgettable. Inside the flat you will find an approx. 25 m² living room with direct access to the balcony, equipped with cosy balcony furniture - the perfect place for your morning coffee or to relax with a glass of wine in the evening. A separate bedroom with a spacious 2 metre x 2 metre double bed, equipped with anti-allergy tested health mattresses and height-adjustable slatted frame, promises restful nights. The flat has a tastefully furnished living/dining room in maple decor, a two-seater sofa, satellite TV with more than 100 international programmes, WLAN Internet connection and a fully equipped kitchenette that leaves nothing to be desired. A bathroom with shower cubicle, washbasin and WC round off the comfort package.

The outdoor area of the non-smoking house offers a well-tended garden for shared use as well as garden furniture for relaxing evenings outdoors. A garden shed is available for you to safely store any bicycles or sports equipment you may have brought with you.
