The luxurious Landhüüs Oeverdiek is located in Timmendorfer Strand, in an idyllic location between the popular Timmendorfer golf course and the Kammerwald forest. Surrounded by nature on an extensive plot of approx. 5,000 square metres, the spacious luxury villa in country house style offers the perfect retreat to relax and enjoy the Bay of Lübeck.

The interior of the half-timbered villa extends over 260 square metres and houses four bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. A private sauna with a view of the natural surroundings, a whirlpool bath and modern walk-in showers create a luxurious spa atmosphere. Hand-carved Moroccan tiles in the bathrooms and clay plaster walls in the bedrooms create a perfect indoor climate.
The spacious living and dining area, the centrepiece of the house, combines high-quality furnishings with rustic charm. The floorboards are made of brushed and flamed oak, while large wooden beams on the ceiling and 150-year-old, worm-eaten wooden fixtures add a special charm. The combination of historic building materials and modern technology creates a unique effect and a cosy atmosphere.
A cosy movie night is guaranteed thanks to the comfortable sofa, antique French fireplace and projector with screen. The country house offers a large double carport for two cars, two additional guest parking spaces and storage space for e-bikes. The beaches of Timmendorfer Strand and Scharbeutz can be reached in just five minutes by car.

The property boasts its own natural lake with beach, beach chair, beach grass and water fountain. In addition, the badminton court, surrounded by a flowering meadow, invites you to play and relax. The main terrace, one of four, has a spacious lounge and a rustic seating area for eight people, complemented by a brick pizza oven and an additional charcoal barbecue. On cooler summer days, the 16 square metre parasol with integrated radiant heaters ensures optimum comfort. Thanks to power sockets and USB ports, the terrace can be transformed into a dream home office surrounded by nature.
Evenings are unforgettable at the romantic campfire site next to the lake, which can accommodate more than 10 people. The second large, covered main terrace right next to the house offers a marvellous view of nature and the golf course. The view from the third terrace, equipped with a high-quality sunset lounge, is similarly impressive. The wooden terrace by the lake, equipped with a mini-gym, is ideal for outdoor yoga.

Timmendorfer Strand is the most fashionable seaside resort on the Baltic Sea, about 45 minutes north of Hamburg by car. Landhüüs Oeverdiek is situated on a spacious, park-like property in a very quiet location directly on the Timmendorf golf course. It is only 5 minutes by car from the town centre and 2 minutes by car from the beach. The golf course with its restaurants and an Italian trattoria are in the immediate neighbourhood.

Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
