Flat in the holiday home The flat Dear guests, you can expect a lovingly furnished flat with an open-plan bedroom in a somewhat Nordic style and fully equipped. Your beds are already made when you move in. You have a view over meadows and fields and you might even spot a few deer and rabbits. You can relax in our natural garden, sit in the sun or have a barbecue. In the evening, you can gaze at the endless starry sky. Because nothing obscures your view here, except the clouds. Excursions

The flat has a kitchenette of 3 m with oven and 4 plate cooker and a sofa bed, table with 4 chairs. Wardrobe is in the hallway and bathroom is also across the small corridor. It is an open bedroom and equipped with a 1.40 m x 2.00 m bed and a 90 cm x 200 cm bed in addition, all in the pitched roof in the original Frisian house
The beach (green beach) Südwesthörn is about 4 km away and you can also go there with your dog. The nearest beach is Dagebüll, which is also the ferry harbour for Föhr, Amrum and round trips.
Flat in a thatched Frisian house from 1860 The holiday flat is located in quiet surroundings on an ancient summer dyke, only about 4 km from the North Sea, between the towns of Niebüll and Emmelsbüll in Südtondern in the district of Nordfriesland. You will find a fully and lovingly furnished flat on the first floor of an old thatched Frisian house dating back to 1860. Woollen blankets are also available for the cooler days. Two further sleeping possibilities are available in the living/dining room on the folding sofa bed. The fitted kitchen is equipped with all the essentials: coffee machine, toaster, microwave, 4-ring hob with oven, fridge, hand mixer, steam iron, hoover, crockery, glasses and cutlery etc. Dishes and towels are included. Crockery and towels are included. The living room is furnished with a sideboard, coffee table, round dining table with four chairs, couch, satellite TV and a radio with CD player. The bathroom/WC with shower is fully tiled. Garden furniture is available for you on the terrace in front of the house so that you can really relax. Or you can simply enjoy the sun and the endless starry sky over North Friesland in the evening. Because nothing obscures your view here, at most the clouds. A car park for your car is available directly at the house. All rooms are equipped with radiators and high-quality laminate or tiles. Two dogs are welcome. Sometimes you can hear a noise under the thatched roof; that was certainly "Nis Puk", the good invisible Frisian house spirit. The holiday flat is fully furnished in Nordic style with open beams and pine furniture. You have a wide view over the fields from all the windows. A holiday with us on the dyke is relaxation in a distinctly maritime climate - similar to that of the North Frisian islands and Halligen. The hygric influence and wind speed are somewhat weaker than on the islands and Halligen. The recreational success is primarily due to the thermal stimuli, accompanied by a high level of air purity. The maritime, stimulating climatic factors are a good prerequisite for a general increase in performance, as wind and weather provide long-lasting resilience and give you strength for your time at home. From here you have the opportunity to explore a lot: e.g. to the Baltic Sea to Flensburg 45 km, Husum 42 km, Tondern (DK) 25 km, the island of Römö (DK) with the widest sandy beach in Europe and of course the islands and Halligen. Are you an angler? There is a fishing lake just 200 metres away and a beautiful bathing lake five kilometres further on - perfect for small children. Niebüll has an indoor swimming pool for bad weather and a natural history museum for museum-goers. In Leck, the adventure pool offers variety for the whole family.
