This ground-floor holiday flat is suitable for people with walking disabilities (larger threshold, approx. 1/2 step, between living area and hallway). It has a living space of approx. 73 m² and comprises two double bedrooms, a spacious daylight bathroom, a hallway with cloakroom and the main room as living, dining and cooking area. The first bedroom has a spacious double bed measuring 180 cm x 200 cm. In addition, a three-door wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your luggage. Two large windows let in plenty of natural light and give you a view of the green surroundings before and after going to bed. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds and is therefore ideal for children. Of course, the two single beds (90 cm x 200 cm) can also be put together. The bedside table with reading lamp next to the bed allows guests to read a good book before going to sleep. A wardrobe is also available in this room. A cot can be ordered additionally for a fee for full occupancy. The heart of the flat is the eat-in kitchen, which is divided into a fully equipped cooking area with modern appliances for your extensive self-catering, a communal dining area and the cosy living area. In the fitted kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a cooker with ceramic hob, extractor bonnet and oven, a fridge with freezer compartment, as well as small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine, kettle, toaster and microwave. The dining area seats four guests together. In the cosy living area, you can relax after a day out on the comfortable leather sofa and two leather armchairs. Entertainment is provided by a flat-screen TV with satellite TV and stereo system. The bathroom is characterised by a floor-level, glazed shower cubicle, a bathroom window, hand basin and WC, make-up mirror and hairdryer. All windows are fitted with insect screens to ensure a good night's sleep.
