Général

Ce logement de vacances pour 2 personnes dispose d'une salle de bains et de deux chambres coucher. Le logement de vacances est équipé de un airco, un sauna, une terrasse et un jardin. Vous pouvez stationner votre voiture sur un parking (couvert). La salle de bains est dotée de une douche.

Le logement de vacances dispose de un congélateur, une connexion internet (ADSL, ISDN et sans fil).

La cuisine est équipée de un micro-ondes et un lave-vaisselle.

- Our holiday resort is located right next to the forest with lots of peace and nature. Here you can hear the calming sound of the forest, in the morning you can see rabbits and squirrels on the grounds and fallow deer can be seen from time to time in winter.
- You can reach the beautiful sandy beach in just 750m or 8-10 minutes on foot, the first dog beach in approx. 900m (alternatively there is another one in approx. 1400m) - water sports are available in approx. 1600m at the water sports centre.

Our "Retro Chalets" are comfortably furnished "like at mum's" and have a bedroom with cosy double beds (1.4x2.0m sleeping area) and a bedroom with children's bunk beds. A cosy living room with kitchen and a cute bathroom with shower round off your holiday realm. Each house has its own terrace and patio furniture. You can keep your dog on a lead on the terrace. We have several identical wooden houses...the only difference between them is the colour of the furniture, interior and exterior. They all have the same equipment. If you have a preference for a particular house...just ask us :)

The properties have a cosy covered seating area so that you can have breakfast in peace and enjoy nature even when it rains. You also have your own garden and don't see your neighbours, or rarely, depending on the house :)

Note: Electricity is charged separately according to consumption. Please take into account that depending on the season there are additional costs (in summer estimated 2-5€/day, spring/autumn 7-15€/day, winter 12€-25€/day depending on the weather and the subjective feeling of warmth).

Our wooden houses and flats are basically all from the 70s.

Retro: Our houses and flats are basically all from the 70s and are furnished accordingly or as you would say... "cosy like at mum's" with corresponding beds, kitchen with dishwasher, steel hobs, separate microwave and fridge, filter coffee machine, couch in the living room and armchair with TV and TV bench, bunk bed in the children's bedroom and double bed in the parents' bedroom A functional bathroom with shower, toilet and washbasin is of course included. Our Danish wooden houses have highly efficient electric heating and boilers/flow heaters.

In Kellenhusen there is a great beach, forest with wild boar enclosure, forest children's playground & large dog run. Also a sea salt swimming pool and outdoor pool, restaurants, cafes, 1 supermarket, a department store. In Grömitz (only 10-15 minutes by car/bus) there is a spa and numerous shops. In Sierksdorf there is the famous amusement park "Hansapark" (about 20 minutes away) and in Lübeck (about 40 minutes away) is the next big city with a great old town.

Conditions et délais de paiement

Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours. Ensuite, le deuxième paiement devra être effectué au plus tard 42 jours avant le départ. Si vous partez dans un délai de six semaines, la totalité du montant doit être payée immédiatement.
