The generously proportioned 3-room flat is located on the ground floor of a two-family hillside house and, with its 103m² of living space, offers plenty of room and space for a relaxing holiday with up to four people. Nothing was left to chance when furnishing the holiday flat - the furniture, decoration and colour scheme are all coordinated. The kitchen offers every convenience (fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, oven, kettle, toaster, coffee machine) that you need to prepare your favourite meals. From the living room you can reach the spacious 14m² loggia, which is ideal for a relaxed breakfast in the sun thanks to its east-facing orientation. You also have a view of the greenery. The living area is ideal for relaxing evenings and thanks to the flat-screen TV, you don't have to miss out on your favourite show while on holiday. Two comfortable futon beds (180 x 200 cm / separate mattresses) are available for a good night's sleep. If you prefer to sleep in complete darkness, the windows in the bedrooms are fitted with electric shutters. Both bedrooms also have a flat-screen TV. So that you can enjoy your well-deserved holiday time to the full on the day of arrival, the beds are already made up for you and a shower towel and a small towel are provided. The holiday flat has a spacious bathroom with a real glass shower, bathtub, WC and hairdryer. There is ample public parking available on the street directly in front of the house. A car parking space on the property can also be provided. WLAN access is available free of charge during your holiday and rounds off the holiday comfort of this holiday flat. The holiday flat is a non-smoking flat. Smoking is permitted on the loggia - thank you for your understanding. Pets are not allowed.
General information (location / Kiel): The holiday flat is located on the south-western outskirts of Kiel in the district of Russee. The infrastructure is very well developed, there are good bus connections and a train connection to the city centre. Various shopping facilities for daily needs are located in the immediate vicinity (bakery, pharmacy, Rossmann, Netto, Lidl, Aldi, Penny, Famila, ....). Kiel city centre, the harbour and the ferry terminals are around 5 km away and are well connected by public transport (buses run every quarter of an hour during the day and trains every half hour). The motorway junctions to Rendsburg (A 210) and Flensburg/Hamburg (A 215/ A 7) are within easy reach, and Falckensteiner Strand, just under 20 minutes away by car, is Kiel's longest and most beautiful natural beach. Shallow water and a wide sandy beach invite families in particular to enjoy a swim. From the top of the dyke, you have the most beautiful view of the narrowest part of the Kiel Fjord. The Friedrichsort lighthouse, which characterises the Kiel Fjord, is also located here. Other beaches (Schilksee, Strande, Mönkeberg, Laboe, Schönberg, ...) are also easy to reach via the motorways, and you can experience Kiel from the seaside on the Fördeschiff, feel the versatility of the city and marvel at the progress made in the shipyards, which are over 100 years old. The submarine U995 from 1943 and the naval memorial in Laboe tell of Kiel's eventful and still lively naval history. Knowledgeable explanations by the captain make the two-hour harbour tour an informative and entertaining excursion. Conditions et délais de paiement
Après confirmation de la réservation, un acompte de 20 % du prix total de location doit être payé dans les dix jours.
