The holiday flat "Dat Huus" is located in a well-kept family house in NMS-Tungendorf. The quiet location in the Tungendorf district on the north-eastern outskirts of Neumünster invites you to linger and relax. The 4-room flat was completely renovated and partially refurbished in 2013 and 2014. The approximately 90 square metre flat, spread over 2 levels, sleeps up to 6 people. The holiday flat is divided into 1 living room, 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with adjoining dining room and a bright bathroom.
The kitchen/dining room
This is equipped with the usual comforts, including an electric cooker/oven, a fridge/freezer, a microwave and the usual little electrical helpers in a kitchen!
A serving hatch allows you to conveniently provide your family with everything they need for a nice meal directly from the kitchen into the adjoining dining room!
The parlour
Schleswig-Holstein in particular is known for its changeable weather, from super sunny to rainy, the well-known 'Schietwedder'! On days like these, it's great to be able to retreat to a cosy place and relax.
So just read a good book in a cosy place, play a game or enjoy a delicious glass of wine.

The city's central location allows for many short and beautiful day trips throughout Schleswig - Holstein and Hamburg. For example, a beautiful trip to the beaches of the Kiel Fjord or a visit to the mudflats of the North Sea, as well as a short day trip to neighbouring Denmark.
Simply take advantage of the beautiful sides of the state surrounded by seas to relax!

for 1-5 persons with outdoor seating/loggia in Neumünster/Tungendorf for rent
Incl. W-Lan and without catering. Very good transport connections (bus, train and motorway). Local recreation areas, such as lakes, Dosenmoor or the nearby Baltic Sea and Kiel approx. 20 min, distance to the Holstenhallen approx. 5 min! Dogs are welcome (but please always bring your pet with you on request).
