The holiday home is suitable for 2 persons (a third person on request, please no fitters as it is a pure holiday home). The house is located in Witzeeze in the district of Herzogtum Lauenburg in the metropolitan region of Hamburg and the holiday region Lauenburgische Seenlandschaft. We offer a bedroom with a double bed and an additional small bedroom with a single bed. The spacious living room consists of a dining room and a TV area. The living room and small bedroom offer a wonderful view of the well-tended, large garden and the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. From there you can watch barges and pleasure boats as well as wild animals such as deer and migratory birds. The same view can be enjoyed from the large terrace. The holiday home naturally also includes a new kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom with shower. A carport is attached to the house and there is an additional car parking space in front of it. Within walking distance of the house are two further larger car parks for guests. In the garden there is a lockable garden shed with garden furniture and space for bicycles. The garden is completely fenced (100cm high). Facilities include bed linen, towels, hairdryer, kettle, toaster, TV with satellite reception, DVD player, radio/CD player, a small collection of games, electric external blinds and an electric awning. In the warm season, the real highlight of this holiday home is the swimming area at Kiessee 8, which is only approx. 150 m away. There are other swimming opportunities, for example at Forellensee (approx. 800 m away), in the Büchen forest swimming pool (approx. 4 km away), in the Lauenburg swimming pool (approx. 10 km away) or - regardless of the season - in the "Möllner Welle" indoor pool (approx. 25 km away). Anglers also get their money's worth in Witzeeze - fishing licences are available in Büchen at Schuhhaus Fischer. There is a marina in Lauenburg with approx. 70 berths for pleasure boats. A regional speciality is the bird flight in autumn and spring, many cranes, wild geese and other migratory birds fly over our holiday home and rest in the immediate vicinity. Excursion ideas in the cold season: in October and November the local fire brigades organise wonderful lantern parades, in the Advent season you can visit many beautiful Christmas markets (e.g. Gut Basthorst) and around Easter there are many Easter bonfires. Up to two dogs are welcome by prior arrangement. Witzeeze's sights can be reached on foot in just a few minutes: the Witzeeze lock on the Elbe-Lübeck Canal and the historic Dücker lock in the Stecknitz/Devenau, which has been in existence since the late Middle Ages. Witzeeze also offers the restaurant "Zum Lindenkrug" with many delicious dishes. In nearby Büchen, in addition to the forest swimming pool and numerous shopping facilities (various supermarket chains and some speciality shops), there is an interesting exhibition on the former German-German border in the Priesterkate, where coffee and cake are also sold on selected weekends. The old town centre of Lauenburg is a special attraction in the region. But the old towns of Mölln, Ratzeburg and Boizenburg are also not far away. There is a regular train connection from Büchen to Hamburg city centre (approx. 35 min. journey time) as well as to Lübeck, Lüneburg and Schwerin, which are also not far away. In the Duchy of Lauenburg there are countless hiking and cycling opportunities along the Elbe, the lakes of the Lauenburg Lake District or along the Elbe-Lübeck Canal. The castle in Wotersen, known from the 80s series "The Guldenburgs", is also worth a detour.

Conditions et délais de paiement
